hello all i am facing very different problem in my pc as in normal use the temperature is around 50 to 53 but as soon as i click small exe game or application except msn yahoo temp reached 70 to 80 in 2 seconds please suggest what to do i am facing this problem from last 3 days i chekced all...

I hav intel p4 3.0 ghz processor with HT. i hav 2 Hard disks, 1 SATA of 160 GB and 1 PATA of 80 GB. ram is 512 MB my comp starts wid a temp of 40C but in about 40 mins it goes upto 52C. it becomes stable after reaching 56C. Is my cpu overheating N how can i Prevent it....wat's da ideal temp...
