Hi ppl, I am using sify broadband .And since last 3-4 days I am unable to use torrent.Hell I even tried emule and azureus .None of them worked.Has Sify blocked anything .Can someone help me ?

recently, i started facing very low speeds in bittorrent. they are as low as 5 in my 256 kbps connection. in windows, everything works perfectly with azureus. using linux azureus, it shows me that my ubuntu is firewalled. how can that be? also, what are the possible reasons for the slow speeds...
