You mean on their posts?
Just go to "Advanced Reply" and you will see lot more options to format your posts.

This problem has bugging me since two days. While using chrome the post reply,reply with quote etc buttons don't work. Seems like they are plain text. I cannot click on them. There is no such problem while using mozilla. I'm not a fan of mozilla though.

everything is working fine .. might be some issue with your browser/browser settings. Posted from Chromium 28.0.1501.0 (198800).

Yeah, In NEO TDF theme, the width has been decreased while its perfect in TDV v6.5. Please bring back the default width because TDF v6.5 looks really bad.
