I don't think AMD pc would be future proof...suggest me an Intel build...and please don't include Razer products...a Logitech/Microsoft combo will do just fine...please weigh on the mobo+proccy+RAM+cabby+gfx card...he will upgrade the keyboard/mouse/speakers in the near future again...
There builds you mentioned, i've already seen in other threads!

^^ At this budget amd is more vfm. Besides Amd also has the upcoming bulldozer cpu support in all 8 series mobo's. So its equally futureproof.

For the budget , vickybat suggested excellent build. Just buy Microsoft Keyboard Mouse Combo , and maybe Tagan / Silverstone PSU and it will come under 35k. Don;t go after Intel , it is better , yes , but price is quite higher.

"AMD isn't futureproof" in the sense that, my friend will not upgrade the mobo+proccy in near future, for atleast 4yr...so the latest SNB is what i want...

I offered him AMD rig...but he's adamant on Intel build...and moreover he's not going to buy another proccy in atleast 3yrs...so Intel SNB is the only choice...

then AMD's real 4 core processor will be much MUCH better especially as by 4 years time all apps will be using 4 cores effectively.

It all points towards buying the real quad here.

try & include i5 2400. PSU can be downgraded to CX400W & still will support that GPU. go for basic logitech keyboard set @0.6k

that way you maybe able to down the total cost to 38-39k range. won't suggest you to go for i3 series even it is SB. lastly finding Bijli cabby will take some time.

Your Motherboard supports 1066 & 1333MHz ram, so its better to stick to 1333MHz instead of Vengeance 1600MHz.

Stick to Corsair DDR3 Value 2x2GB 1.5v 1333 MHz- 1000 * 2.

Monitor: Benq G2220HD - 7k

Refer this config...

I think you should stick to 6850 if you want to play games in HD, otherwise 6770 is good under 720p.

Remove the idea to purchase an 1TB now, get a 500GB & save some bucks. For PSU get a VX450 or VX550 FSP Saga II 500 can't handle HD6850.
