A short tutorial will do fine...i just can't figure out how to use that...i can see the tab in advance editing mode, but how to use it?

@sammy_cool, ask your friend to get HD6850. the need for a faster card will be felt in a year when you (or your friend) won't be able to max out on Full HD using the other card.
