I am having Samsung (SV4002H) 40 GB HDD it is 4year old the problem is that even after fdisk & formatting computer is not able to boot from it when i boot from bootable cd then prompt can gon on c: & d: and drives are available file get copied & pasted but why is not booting i tried...
