Could not find a better place to post the following(actually it seems, none exists):
I wanted to get my mailing address changed, so I mailed help@thinkdigit[dot]com, waayyyyy back in August. But,it seems they still havent read that mail, nor the one that I sent in September, nor the one I sent in October. Neither have they responded to any of the mails, nor contacted me using the information I gave through the mailing address change form on this website.
Why does it seem that the customer service has worsened? Once I had sent a mail requesting replacement of damaged discs, back somewhere in Jan or Feb, I got a prompt reply the next day that my mail had reached and was under process. Not any longer.
If some admin is reading this, I want some answers. While you are at it, someone tell me why are you no longer printing the names and numbers of local representatives in metro cities.
And yeah, until some time back, I used to receive mail that the magazines had been dispatched and should reach in a few days. Not any longer?
Please, can someone look into this?
