What does it mean by USB on the go? Never heard of it before..

Galaxy A Advance might never get ICS update. I would suggest, if at all possible, get a Galaxy S2

^usb on the go means does it support a flash drive?
save a bit and get s2 mate.. bang for buck..
one v is a good choice in that price but have heard it lags.. any owner may confirm..

Sony Xperia P for 21k if you don't care about battery life.
HTC One V is a single core and 512MB RAM phone will not get jelly bean update.
Galaxy Advance will not revive any official update, will remain 2.3 gingerbread.

what makes you say that?

Yes, it is a single core phone with 512MB check the specs.
The HTC One V, which is the lowest rung on the One series ladder, is not on the list of devices to be updated and neither are any of the droids outside the One series. Source

Neo L is available with ICS and will probably get JB update.

If you don't need ICS and can live with a 4 inch screen then SGS Advance is a good deal.
Never found any major difference with the S2 against my S Advance.
Motorola has after sales support issues and i have read many negative user opinions about the One V.

Samsung Sweden i think had posted on its fb page that S Advance would receive ICS in Q4 2012.

Yes, HTC officially made it clear that One V won't get Jellybean update.

So One V is left out cause it is a single core based mobile. maybe Project Butter requires some highend spec to deliver proper result.
