Your 1st point is an old myth and putting an AMD in a small cabinet won't cause any heating issue. Some older generation AMD processors, actually the Athlon XP series which was before AMD 64bit processors, were having some heating issues.

Why dont u get a QUAD core proccy for 1k more. It would be better.
I dont think such a costly card is required for this rig. Something cheaper like the Radeon 5450 will just be sufficient.

I am the night...I am...
there is one issue.. i went to NP.. almost all shopkeeper said like
1. "blossom me AMD mat dalo..." "dnt use small cabby for AMD"

2. FSP saga or corsair 400/450W wont even fit inside dat cabby

I think the cabinet is big enough to hold standard psu's and its not an itx cabinet.

It can easily hold corsair cx400 or fsp saga II.

Good rig.
But as u have not added any GPU so, there was absolutely no need of adding a PSU worth 2.8k. FSP SAGA II 350W would have been sufficient at 1.5k. And the remainig 1.3k could have been used for a QUAD CORE Athlon processor.
