As you are planning to buy a phone worth Rs17k, I suggest you to opt for Sony Sola, it is easily available for 18k
Sola is available for arnd Rs19k,only Xperia GO is available for Rs18,300..As for HTC Desire Xwhich will be available in Australia for $299 i.e., arnd Rs 16,500.I think iin india it will be priced arnd Rs 17k..which is gud to buy...

Desire X is a big fail if you compare it with the likes of Sola. Unless priced at 13-15k, don't even think about Desire X.

Okey..Samsung Galxy S duos is way behind then..1 GHz single-core Cortex-A5 processor, Adreno 200 GPU..then Xperia U is bttr option Dual Core A9..but Android 2.3..which will be upgraded to ICS..but not JB..As far as about Desire X,i Think it will get JB update...HTC One V is selling around 18,500..should there any offers this festive season orr nay price drop.??

Who told you Xperia U won't get JB ??? It's getting Jellybean update in December. And ICS will come on Friday.

want to taste some real JB, try CM10 when it is out for Sola/U. GB or ICS won't bring a lot of difference as Sony (or any other manufacturer) theme the whole OS so badly it looks like a totally different OS. And moreover they hardly ever tune the OS for performance.
