Gigabyte India ( Mr. Sankar ) just called me and they said they have arranged a DDr3 motherboard ( I've told them to send the model name to my mail id ) as replacemnet and told me collect it from Accel - still have not got it though his e-mail though
Accel ( name : Sandeep ) also called me 10 mins later and said they have repaired the mobo and told me to collect it.
Now the situation is getting a little confusing but I won't give a damn about what Accel is saying for sure !
Just got the mail and Mr. Sankar also called right me now ( a very generous person I must say )
They are giving me GA-MA785GMT-US2H as replacement and my cpu is compatible with that motherboard.
and when I told him about Accel ( what Mr. Sandeep has told me over phone ) he said he will handle them.
Thanks all of you for your replies which encouraged me a lot ( like always ) and special thanks goes to The Sorcerer - without his help this would not have been possible.
Eh I just pushed the maill forward. Anil is the guy you should thank since he was one who was trying to arrange the board to be sent from Delhi to Kolkata (but apparently there's some extra paperwork that had to be done for sending couriers there) and keeping the tabs over Accel Frontline.
not sure about the warranty thing but even if they provide only one year that will do for me and no Am3+ mobo for 2 years old mobo and even If have to go for AM3+ mobo I've to do the it through Accel ( paying them, no way ! ) ) which I want to avoid at all cost.
What has Accel has turned into now compared to the past. My first experience with them was back on 2008 ( segate HDD RMA ) and that was done in a week without any foul play but now Accel has dropped it's quality.

Nice to see your problem got resolved and you are getting a replacement.
The telephonic conversation you have posted here is really disturbing. What that guy was trying to do is not only bad, but also unethical. That also means, they themselves, burnt that board to prove that you have done it and was planning to give it to you.
Gigabyte India is going down for the past 9-10 months.
never bought a Gigabyte product so unable to comment about service of Gigabyte. But have bitter experience with those guys of lower rowdon street about a seagate RMA in way back in 2007. If they can harras(the harrasment is in Phone call, never in person though when i went to their office) regarding a HDD no wonder they are doing that to your
motherboard RMA
The most disturbing parts of this whole action(or should i say inaction) were that they first tried to give a motherboard which is not even compatible with his CPU and then when he tries to explain that they are being totally insensible(though in much polite way than i would have) they try to almost threaten him. I mean that conversation looks to me like less of a conversation and more of a threat(insensible yet again). With this much competition in PC components market they can't expect to survive if they maintain this kind of attitude. Though it's not directly gigabyte's fault but then after all the service center is kind of a representative of gigabyte for us end users. Since the incident has been reported to them I hope they take some kind of action to make sure no1 else gets harassed in this way for no apparent reason. I am really glad that gigabyte india finally interfered and helped in resolving this issue.
last but not the least congratulations to this wonderful community and topgear in getting this issue resolved.

Can't say why Accel/Gigabyte Service Center - Kolkata has problem with giving a proper replacement - it's not that they have to spend their money for it or their some other dark story behind this but they have damaged that motherboard submitted for RMA and it's clear from their own act - 6th Aug they have offered a replacement and only when I denied to take it and GBT India comes into play they are making the story of Physical damage and threatened me over phone.

^^ I believe that .. they just don't talk properly over phone ( almost don't care type - I don't know what makes them so high ) and if you find a fault of them they will just go unreasonable.

Yep, they have just threatened me over phone and what 12 Lower ( looks like they live upto it ) Rowdon street guys have to do with a motherboard submitted on 41, B.B. Ganguly St. ?? I mean I submitted the motherboard at one place and they were threatening me to collect it from some other place ( after intentionally damaging it ) ??
It's bit surprising to see "some" people of my own state is playing the dirty game but I don't want to know the reason - I only know what those guys did they will get proper Retribution for it and this would be my Redemption !
and this is not a very good sign for GBT's own reputation and I'm also reporting every incident to GBT Taiwan about this issue and they said to give them one week time.
And Congrats the community only because I'm only a small part of it - it's not just about me getting a proper replacement but this what a community can do - community power FTW !

Congrats @topgear on your victory, i have learned from some of my RMA experiences that if the local (India) guys shows drama in RMAing, just shoot an email to the Higher authority persons like country managers sitting outside of India to get the work done.

Just read through all the posts - feeling disgusted but also relieved.
Special thanks to Sorcy/SumonPathak/Mr. Anil/Digit team et al in resolving this.
These a55hat smartypants seem to be everywhere, be it Rashi/Accel etc.
