I saw the Asus logo at a bunch of Digicare offices while I was scouting around a few months ago, I really wondered what was up with that. Now I know.....

RELIEF AT LAST. So ASUS has finally heard to us and take that drastic step. It should remove the total business down the line from RASHI to teach them a real lesson. Now can we suggest ASUS MOBO eye closed !!

Too early to say anything.
It would help if people could give their feedbacks about digicare here. Any kind of experience with digicare services would help.
How is it in kolkata ?

I had RMA'd my Intel processor through Digicare and the service was really fast. I received it back within just 6 days.
On the other hand it took around 40days for RMA of Asus mobo.

If rashi remains service provider, then digicare will 'refer' the case to rashi, which won't change the current situation a bit. :-/
Well my Asus Xonar DX dies so i went to digicare gurgaon. They said they have nothing to do with Rashi (which seems odd) and said they get the replacement directly ... but i wonder from whom since rashi is the only importer of asus??

^^ There's also comptronics which handles rma for asus tabs, mobos, soundcards and gpu's. Recently rma'ed my aunt's transformer tf 300t and got it back with jelly bean os ( custom original asus rom). Their service is very good too.

Digicare's service is excellent though. They had replaced my old intel dp55wb mobo within a week.
