Indeed. But it is hit and miss. If you run high bandwidth applications for a day or two it will come down to 512 kbps. After sparing use for another day or two, it will be back to 2 Mbps. So ...

Ab toh tera bsnl v airtel ban gya..
minmun 2mbps speed.
