I am facing this problem very frequently. Despite Minimum RAM and Processor Utilization, my Processor Fan rotates continuously producing noise. As you can see from the attached screenshot, this is the RAM and Processor Utilization when I am watching a movie and simultaneously downloading a 100...

Whenever i start my pc, for some time (about 3 mins.) a jammed fan noise is there and after it disappears. The sound seems to be coming from the SMPS fan. Do i need to clean it?? Or what???
