guys suddenly i noticed that my windows 7 default snipping tool is missing from start programs and cant even find it if i search whole c drive and sub folders. is it posiible to get it back ?

Bluetooth seems to be functioning selectively on my (and my friend's) laptop. It easily detects our phones, but refuses to detect the other laptop. I thought I am missing something in windows 7, so tried the same in Ubuntu 12.04 - same result here also. Any suggestion?
