Which one to buy around 28k ?

I'm planning to buy a smartphone around 28k . The best options i have got are (HTC one x+) and (Galaxy s3).
So plz help me to choose which one is best in both performance and lasting wise . And if u have any other phone in mind then also advice me.....plz

For software updates, N4 is superior. For rest ZR is superior.

ZR is device for which you won't have to worry during monsoon.......You can use it while swimming, during rains, as its waterproof.

If u are not a techie, using custom ROMs, etc..... then get Xperia ZR

Nexus 4 because ZR will be useless in a year as it wont get OS updates which is extremly important. If you get Nexus 4 you wont even need to deal with ROM and other ****.
