So after a Long wait ..... I got My Second love atlast 
......... Flaming Orange color ..... Got this in evening ( 7 PM ) ... so didnt drove much (21 KM) .... will fill some more Petrol tomorrow and then test the beast on the Roads ...... but till now ... i am fully satisfied. Nice Bright Headlight ..... Awesome looks ... cant say much about handling at the moment .... Acceleration is great ... ...till now ... full marks ...
I will write in more detail after 2-3 days of testing ....will add pics too ....

and sorry guys i was off the forum for some 2 months...had to move to hostel for the sem xams. thnk god, im back.
by the bike, me too ve got a new FZ16, now almost 1.5 months old.
got to point out some +&-
let me start with -
- nightmare for pillion riders, especially women who sits sideways.
-luks ugly with a tall person on it.
-no ladies handle, footrest on saree guard, crash guard support....etc
-bad mileage for enthusaiastic kinda riders. will get around 30 for full over throttle kinda riding. Around 40 for occasional over throttling and avg speeds around 60~70. And around 50 is used carefully and speed maintained b/w 40~45 without slight over revving.
-mileage is very much sensitive to riding style.
-no place for holding ny stuffs. for other bikes, notes/books can he held under the visor. and ladies handle has some kinda hook for most others.
forget these two in FZ16.
-handlebar and riding posture is not suited for long rides. Max bout 100~120KM.
-dial luks inferior to those in Hunt, RTR FI etc.
-gearbox not designed for high speeds even though bike is stable enuf at high speeds.
-its Yamaha.
+great pickup even with the wider tyres.
+unmatched handling and maneuvering. Maneuvering thru traffic is fun, where P220s and R15 is strugling.
+gud road grip, and far better stopping distance than pulsars/unicon etc.[larger disc too]
+bike built for stunts.
+cornering was never so easy.
+attention magnet.
+sound is much refined, but is really nice at higher gears when throttling.
+Its Yamaha.
