Very true.. If the Auzentechs were priced a bit lower in India, there be a good competition between asus & azntech..

Quite satisfied with Rashi RMA.
I had given my P8H67-M EVO for RMA as it had some Overheating problem. And after around 1.5 months today they gave me P8H77-M PRO for Rs.300 more.
Really impressed.
I was actually looking for a Z77 board but it was not available and would have taken around 2 weeks more. I just couldn't wait any longer, so ended up getting this H77 board.

Looks like they are getting a bit better.. You should have waited for Z77.. :|

Well they had P8Z77-V LX and it would have cost me 2.1k. I dont think that's a good choice for its price.

Congrats buddy, so the new mobo has the same warranty period as the previous one ?? or it comes with fresh 3 years warranty ??

1.5mnths for rma of mobo:shock:
still rashi is lame.

my mobo was rmaed n dispatched within 5 days by accel frontline..
Rashi should learn from accel.

Yup, delivery was late though but still I m happy to receive a new mobo :D. They had promised to RMA the board within 10-12 days but due to courier delay and some upgradtion in their servers it took longer.
I think you are talking about RMA of Gigabyte mobo!

May be coz the 'World's Best Selling and Most Award Winning Motherboards' have the most and best issues and hence this type of delay in RMA :D

Remember one thing that Asus doesn't operate directly in India. So, being sarcastic to 'real' them, is not fair. :p

Well i am shock that even after 6 years RASHI havent changed.I started my own pc assembly in 2005 and my first board was ASUS.
It was a unique board in world where the PC used to get start with restart and power button press together thrice.Later display problem came in.

Gave for replacement twice same problem crop up.And each time i was given board in plastic sealed sheet as if new board was given to me.3rd time i went to RMA centre and there on his pc i came to know i was stick boards as old as 18 months old for rma as new to me after some display repair whereas my purchase was hardly 2 months old.

That was one case.

2nd case a shop stick me asus tv tuner card worth rupees 3000 whereas i was looking for 2000 worth pinnacle than stating this carry 3 years warranty whereas pinnacle 2.

After within 5 days of use the software was unable to detect the hardware.Again twice i replace it again same problem crop up.That card is still with me i had hardly used for 15 days and all 3000 went down the drain.The shop keeper was eager to show me way to rashi rather than helping .I had bough 60k worth product than with this card than in 2006.

Also during my visit i saw with any reason they used to reject product in warranty.One chap was said cordless mouse battery leaked so out of warranty.But as soon as guy called the shop where he was working they readily accepted it.

Also i was called once my card has return from banglore to their mumbai office.And when i visited they shocked me saying sorry it havent.I was shocked making a trip 2 hour trip to their office they dont have the product.

From that day i swear i will never buy asus and rashi servicing product.Thats the reason i still havent touched asus tablet also.

Really horrible experience. Didnt you question them, why they called you when your product hadnt yet arrived?
