So what type of phones should be bought from US, either they should be locked under contract or locked/ unlocked without contract etc....

Is there any phone which can be bought from US other than Pantech Burst in the budget of 150$?

No, dude LG India will service it by charging money. Confirmed.
These phones comes checked in factory, hence almost zero chance of dead on arrival or some hardware issue. Software issues ka no tension.

They're reliable as far as feedbacks go, and see the number of purchases, and in ebay you do have buyers protection, good, I'd say.
