As OP is quite interested in HD6850 & later you need CF then 700w is bare minimum.

OP has no need to CF in near future since he will b using 6850 for 1600*900 res.

I think best bet will be tagan stonerock 500w as it is listed in the 80 plus certified psu, btw what is it's price

If OP has no interest in CF then a FSP Saga II 500 or VX450 can do the job without any doubts, but considering future upgradations a Tacen Supero 600w is decent.

Rest is on OP's hand.

Current Specs suggest a 400w min, IMO 450-500w is a-OK.
