Price & Suggestion for Android

Is HTC wildfire S available for 12k ?. Does it have issue relating to battery ? and also is it's after sales support good enough ?
Letsbuy , ebay & other retail sites are quoting it at 14K.
PS : I didn't like the UI of LG 01 at all
Budget : till 15 K max

else get the Moto DEFY. Stay away from galaxy ace, Defy and desire are far superior.
O1 is best android phone for upto 13k budget

I wont suggest a Motorolla Android phone as the boot loader is locked and so you wont be able to install a Custom ROM

Thts not true for defy, Its got tremendous support on xda. Its already got android 2.3.4 roms including a cm7 one

It costs around 13-13.5k.
HTC's after sales support is quite good though you won't need it as there are very less chances that a HTC handset will have a problem(specially in 1yr).
And battery back up is fine.

Yesterday I had gone to Mobile store , they told me they no longer stock HTC models because of the same. I got similar response from other retail outlets.

3) I didn't like LG 01 UI . Touch screen response is bit sluggish.

4) Given a choice between wildfire S , Defy & Ace , which one should I go for ?. If there is any good models for a budget 0f 15K , please let me know about the same.

When I tried to add HTC Desire to cart, it said "Out of Stock"... maybe it will come back in a few days on Saholic.com

One last question

1. Wildfire S is slightly expensive right now (14k)... Give it a few months and the price will come down...

2. Old HTC mobiles had poor batteries. But the problem has been solved in newer models.

3. You can always change the launcher. There are plenty of options... Go Launcher Ex, Launcher Pro, ADW Launcher, Modaco Gingerbread launcher (I use it), Xperia Arc launcher, etc and tons of themes to chose from...

4. Among those three phones, I would choose Motorola Defy (comes around 14.5k after discount RCOMLB1 on Letsbuy)

Defy recently got an Froyo update (2.2) , so if I order it from online retail outlets which ver of android ver will I get ?.

Also I hope it has good after sales support.

I got it for 14.5k from Reliance and got a bluetooth head set with it. The retail price is around 19K. I got a discount as one of my uncle is regional sales manager in Reliance digital.

Price mentioned on the box is 19K . U won't get defy from reliance or croma for 14.5k . In case u do get it pl let me know.

It's a useless phone. (redesigned Legend and overpriced). costs around 20k right now.
