thanks. not excellent surely. i don't have zip ties nor any came with cabby. all i used was those thin plastic pieces that are used to tie up wires in case of PSU. taken 30min & my fingers took quite a beating. but thankfully its over safely.
Thermaltake Matrix? thats a good case but selling out 500 bucks more you can get the CM Elite 430. but Matrix looks very simple.
VX450W will support HD6850. just use PSU calculator & find whats the estimated power consumption for your (Future) rig. i'll say, if total power consumption is 350W or less, go for VX450W. also FSP's total current in 12V rail bound to be less.
@ vwad - Congrats to ur neighbour!!..How much did d Seassonic PSU cost him?
I said excellent because Flat Pitch Pe Kumble Ne 5 wicket hall lene jaisa yeh hua hai
Hey Sam used d followin PSU calculator :
eXtreme Outer Vision - eXtreme tools for computer enthusiasts
They didn't hv HD6850 in GPU section so used HD5850 instead of tht.
Minimum PSU wattage ws 308W n Recommended ws 358W!U think Corsair VX450 wud b sufficient?
hehehe
as HD6850's load power is ~127W as compared to ~150W on HD5850. so your max power consumption will be below 350W. so i think you will be safe with a 450W PSU. & VX450W is a good one. so even upgrade path will be open for you.
