i hope a delivery within 2 days.
I need to be clear on what to do before that since the order is on COD.

Call them and ask to talk to someone in charge. They help better.

called them.
they say, there is no such offer.
instead, they say that that offer was on laptops in the moth of april and so- so .
what to do now ?

the stupid girl said that I might have seen something else.

Don't talk to juniors.. tell them to patch you to their senior.. juniors don't care about anything.

rejected the delivery calmly.
ofcourse, I wouldn't have bought the bag if it was for 1200 without the offer. The offer adjusted the bag to cost about 450 bucks only. and if they act such vaguely about declaring the offer, there's nothing else i could do.
I didn't do anything bad, did I ?
I've ordered another bag from snapdeal. for 400 bucks.

hehe. yes, quite a ride, one can say. Actually, I was so excited that i'd be getting a 1k bag for 450 bucks approximately as i need to use flights regularly because the train route to my college (NIT Agartala ) is 48 times more than the flight rooute (1 hr) , i'd have used the voucher.

and yes, they did reply :
wrote the exact same line : though the Flipkart representative is DebaShreeta S. instead of Sandeep S.

still they didn't confirm the line started as "Based on your purchase", so they can decline again, Quite Risky , IMO.

nothing great.
nothing, he at first said that "flipkart ka customer service accha hai" and then started correcting the papers (wrote cancelled, etc)

that is not going to happen as they have emailed that the delivery couldn't be done, so sorry for inconvenience
