I already posted a thread named desktop for 3d modelling and i got some good configs. Now as i am going to buy my PC on 4th may, plz help me Select config.
My budget is 40k and i can extnd it to a maximum of 50k. My basic purpose is 3d modelling. I want everything included in config from UPS to speakers.
The config i selected (as cilus told me) is

Processor: Phenom II X4 955 3.2GHz B.E. @ 7.7k
Mobo: ECS A785GM-M @ 4.8k
Ram: Transcend 2GB DDR3 1333MHz C9 @ 2.5k
HDD: Seagate 1 TB @ 3.9k
DVD Writer: LG SATA @ 1.2k
Cabinet: Zebronics Reaper @ 2k
PSU: Gigabyte 550W @ 3.7k
Monitor: BenQ 22" G2220 FULL HD LCD Monitor @ 8k
GPU: Sapphire HD5850 1GB GDDR5 @ 15.8k
Keyboard&Mouse: 0.5k (generic)

Plz tell me the latest rates, and plz also tell me if it is worth to spend 5k extra for HD5850 than HD5770, i am very short on budget. also suggest me some good 2.1 channel speakers.

Are u fixed with this proccy? Then go to AMD site and see the recommended board for it.

*products.amd.com/en-us/DesktopCPUD...3=&f4=&f5=&f6=&f7=&f8=&f9=&f10=&f11=&f12=&f13=

Mine is M4A78T-E

Ram: Transcend 2GB DDR3 1333MHz C9 @ 2.5k
OK

HDD: Seagate 1 TB @ 3.9k
OK
DVD Writer: LG SATA @ 1.2k
OK

Cabinet: Zebronics Reaper @ 2k
Remember for any case fans must be put like this:
Inlet Fans: Front and side panel
Exhaust Fans: Back Panel And top(if provision is there)

PSU: Gigabyte 550W @ 3.7k
I think for 3.7 you will get more better PSU

Always go for Dell

GPU: Sapphire HD5850 1GB GDDR5 @ 15.8k
No idea, but if u use a gpu your psu should be more powerful. Use a psu calculator.

Keyboard&Mouse: 0.5k (generic)

for rates you may visit this site to have a rough idea:
*www.deltapage.com/

and always take APC ups. you may require a 650va home ups.
*www.apc.com/products/resource/include/techspec_index.cfm?base_sku=BE650Y%2DIN&total_watts=200

for 50k, you getting an i5.

Processor: Phenom II X4 955 3.2GHz B.E. @ 7.7k ---> i5 750.
Mobo: ECS A785GM-M @ 4.8k ---> Intel DP55WB (if u not into OC & all)
Ram: Transcend 2GB DDR3 1333MHz C9 @ 2.5k ---> 4Gb will be better.
HDD: Seagate 1 TB @ 3.9k
DVD Writer: LG SATA @ 1.2k
Cabinet: Zebronics Reaper @ 2k ---> will cost less excluding PSU.
PSU: Gigabyte 550W @ 3.7k ---> Corsair VX450W, easy availability.
Monitor: BenQ 22" G2220 FULL HD LCD Monitor @ 8k --->7.5k.
GPU: Sapphire HD5850 1GB GDDR5 @ 15.8k ---> HD5770, MSI HAWX Edition.
Keyboard&Mouse: 0.5k (generic)

how is it? total will be: ~50k. maybe 1k less or more.

Is core i5 750 with HD5770 is better, or amd phenom x4 955 BE with HD5850, or shall i go for phenom x4 with HD5770 for VFM.

Plz suggest

whats your main use of pc? do you game? where is ups on the list?and for 3d modeling you should look for square type monitors .

In gaming point of view, Phenom II 955 and HD 5850 is always better than Core i5 750 + HD 5770. I think the Phenom II + 5850 combination will yield better result in 3D application because a lot of applications like 3D mark vantage, it has scored better result. You can verify it in guru3d reviews.
2ndly as Sam suggested go for 4 GB RAM if your budget permits. Look for the Kingston Rams. Their price is 2.7k, last time I checked in Kolkata (Shop Name: Suntronic , beside Vedant).

Core i5 750 based mobo is also very good choice.
