I need a PC for night downloading. The PC should as cheap and power efficient as possible.
Initially I was thinking of getting an atom based PC but I saw this item on net, can I install torrent client and browser on it? It has got WinCE 6.0 OS I've never heard about it.

12K is way up my budget. I can get a 2nd hand P4 instead, if there are no better options.

Will cost you around 15k

Good battery backup (8-10 hours).
