On a budget of 50K you can easily get a Core i5 2500K based system which is powerful than a 1090T based system, especially in gaming. No point to go for 1090T. Even with sandybridge platform you can upgrade to upcoming Ivybridge or Sandybridge-E processors as there will be version for existing LGA1155 based current motherboards.
The config is not up to the mark. 1st of all a Phenom II X4 cannot handle HD 6950 CF setup properly if it is not overclocked to 4 GHz. 2ndly you are going to game on a 1080P display and a HD 6950CF is simply too much for it.
If you want to save some money and eyeing for Bulldozer, then get a 6 core from AMD, a single card for now and a good cooler. For mobo, MSI 890GXM-G65 is the most value for money product as it has all the goodies like dual X16 slot, SATA 3 and USB 3.0 and AM3+ support. If you want little extra then get MSI 890FXA-GD70 @ 10.2K, the best 890FX based mobo with 5 PCI X X16 slot and plenty of features. Other choice is MSI 990FX-GD80, available @ 11.4K in Kolkata
