Budget 15k->4 inch ->dual Core-> 5 mp cam-> ICS 4 ?

Hi All,

I m planning to buy a android phone with the below requirement .My budget is 15 .5 k max(Fixed)
1) 4 inch best in class screen (Must)
2) Single or Dual core
3) Rear cam 8 mp and front cam ( both cam are mandatory but 5 mp can also do)
4) Memory is not a issue i am ok with 4 gb as well
5) Any version of android but should be upgradable to ICS 4 (Must)
No micromax,lava,karbon or any other brand with poor after sales service

If there is no phone which fits in this budget with below requirement
please suggest the best for the budget of 15 k!!

I'm afraid there is no phone that fulfills your requirements under 15.5k. In the 15k range Xperia U is the best option, also since you are okay with 4gb storage it's the right choice for you.

Otherwise if you increase your budget by 2k Galaxy S Advance becomes available but it has some network issues so I'm not sure if I should recommend that to you.

+1 to Xperia U as u are okay with 4GB memory

otherwise u can also see Galaxy S Duos around 16-17k if u can increase ..but it has single core processor

Galaxy S Advance is around 18-19k

xperia u only option for price but is 6 gb storage enough for you???
if you can extend budget there is the Xperia Sola @ 17k

There is no good phone which fulfill all your requirements in that price bracket.
Apart from that you can choose one from Xperia U and Neo V

if you can extend budget there is the Xperia Sola @ 17k

Where is it available for 17k?
