Fast as in downloading ? That probably depends on your Internet speed..Most downloaders support downloading files in segments.Even FDM has it too.
ex:

1.Since ,it seems that we have 11 backers(Vyom2X) we should try to arrange money ,since i got the quote in February ,although others are free to join in especially if we get some more people from TE.
2.I will keep you updated on the quotes and messages from Tonec.Inc time to time and will also give you the final purchase link which has the discounted price list for multiple purchases for proof.
3.I am not sure how the payment should be , but someone should collect all the money and buy it from the final purchase link.
4.Since the purchases are made in USD its easier for me to buy ,but anybody is free to do if if willing.I used to get charged 14$ via wiretransfer from Canara Bank to Citi US ,but that was for like transferring 2000 $.
I would like to know your inputs to make the cost as low as possible.

Alright,noted. Its just that when they give you a quote and you accept, they will send link to a specific purchase page with the discounted price.The options would be credit cards,Paypal and Webmoney.And i think Ghormanas would be good to collect money ,cos I see he's been around the tdf market place for quite sometime.Just my opinion.

update: It has getting good responses in other forum, too,now we have 21 licences and counting.I will urge interested members to save money for this as we will be buying it within two weeks as its not easy for most people to have something in the pocket during the end of the month ,especially when you are a student
