Isn't micro usb cable universal, any decent one should do the job or does redmi use some proprietary standard cable.
In earlier MIUI ROMs I wasn't able to use other devices charger and cable. Amp output wasn't enough, thus slow charging. also faced issues in USB MTP connection..
As of now, no issues, but still don't want to face similar issue after purchasing particular cable.
So posted here for some help..

For Amazon there's Keepa.com. You can set alerts, get Telegram or email notifications (never tried SMS alert), and even see price charts on the Amazon product page itself. Don't know anything for Flipkart though.

DO NOT go by the reviews until and unless the products are by top the notch companies say Samsung, Philips etc.
The product that you want to purchase in any case is going to be manufactured in China. Branded companies will sell it as per their brand value and the quality will be better, also good in terms of after sales support though for this cable only replacement will be there. The link of the one which you have posted is a Desi brand. It might be same in terms of quality like that of say Samsung but you do not know about the after sales support. Bottomline if your budget allows then go for the branded one's if not then go for that Desi one which atleast has a service centre near you or who replies to your email/phone call.

P.S. IDK those cables look way overpriced and I don't know what's the craze with these braided one's. Search for Belkin cables.
What these companies are doing nowadays is they include a gc or some cashback card offer in the product's box and mention that it will only be given if you send them a screenshot of the review that you have posted. Obviously if you rate less you won't get the benefits.

Need to buy a mobile, thanks in advance!

1. Budget? Around 18K or below..but can increase it a bit if REALLY necessary
2. Display type and size? Nothing Specific, size maybe not bigger than 5.5 inch ..can try slightly higher if worth it
3. Dual sim? Preferable, but would also like to know the non dual sim options
4. Preferred choice of brand? None
5. What camera option you want (flash, front facing camera)? Any decent camera, doesn't have to be ultra high quality
6. Preferred operating system? (Android, iOS, Windows Phone, etc). None, but isn't Android generally more preffered?
7. Preferred connectivity options (3G, 4G ready). Maybe 5G compatiable? but I know it may take time for it, like after 2020, & by that time I'll probably buy a different phone
8. Primary use of handset (multimedia, camera, internet, gaming etc)? 1) Marketing of my company's products via whatsapp, FB etc 2) I know this won' t take too much memory but ..Working on google drafts & google keep & other such notebook like apps 3) Regular surfing & opening multiple tabs in chrome 4) Using some trading apps maybe in future 5) Maybe some gaming but not too crazy about it
9. Any specific mobile phones in consideration? None
10. Any other info that you want to share: Should have at least 64 GB internal storage
If there anything else that's trending today in smartphones that would make a difference, please let me know

Nokia 6.1 Plus for 16k, 64GB storage, 4GB RAM variant.
It is the only decent phone around 15k which is compact. Those 6-6.2" phones might be big for you.

6.1 Plus & 7.1 aren't much different. 7.1 has a better camera & display (HDR supported), rest of the specs are same or almost same. The extra 3k for 7.1 might not be worth it for you since you don't want the best camera or interested in media consumption in phone.

Just wondering, I know to each his own, but must people are comfortable with 6inches & above? I'm fine with till 6" & a little more I guess so please also suggest other options

Also, I thought most options suggested would be from Xiaomi, surprised that not even one xiaomi was suggested

Oops..minor correction..Just wanted to say that I'd mostly prefer 5.5 inches but wouldn't mind knowing options for larger sizes as well
Any other options besides Nokia 6.1 Plus & 7.1 ? (Not just Xiaomi, I'm comfortable with any brand)
Also, will most dual sim phones have a Hybrid Dual SIM? Any mobiles which have 2 sim slots & separate slot for SD card?

I find 5.8" a bit taller for comfort, 6" is definitely big for me, considering I prefer to use the phone with 1 hand most of the time. But for sure most people are willing to use a big phone, not sure if they are comfortable or not. My parent use their phone with 2 hands most of the time, so its definitely fine for them.

I suggested a compact phone because you mentioned 5.5" or a big more.

If you are willing to use a big phone, Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 is a great choice. Even Redmi Note 5 Pro is good for you considering its current price, if you are fine with MIUI:
Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) vs Nokia 6.1 Plus vs Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro - Visual phone size compare

Zenfone has dedicated SD card slot, which the other two don't, so you will be fine with its 32GB variant as well, but you do have enough budget for 4/64GB variant at 15k.
