yup.. q6600 is worth it.. but if u wanna save money i wd say get a Abit IP 35e + 8600gt + e2140 = 15-16k instead of dg33bu + q6600= 16-17k
you can OC the e2140 to atleast 2.6ghz on stock cooling.. and u can replace it later wen u get more money..

and as i said iam not upgrade soon in min 1.5 years and i want best Proccy and good value for money MOBO
and ill get a Gfx card from My frnd in 5-6 months any mooore Questions ?
so Devil i dont wanna a Gfx now it self and iam lookin for good Onboard gfx card MOBO with good features and iam not too much overclocking but gonna try after i get my New proccy

i'll suggest u not to buy a cheap G33 based mobo to run ur Q6600.u'll never get the raw pwr of the proccy.it'll be better if u can manage to buy a 2nd hand gfx card.then u can go in for XFX 650i which i think will be better than any cheap G33 chipset based solution.

I have exactly the same situation, and I had decided already my config, just saw this thread so thought of posting my view too. I'll get Intel C2D E4500, XFX 650i Ultra, 1GB RAM, XFX 8600 GT, DVD Writer, HDD, Cabinet. Will cost around 20-22k. 650i Ultra is a great platform and it doesnt have an onboard video, but since I'll get graphics card so I don't mind. This motherboard is a good, and coupled with the GFX Card it should rock.

Yup it does have great overclocking capabilities but the only -ive part is it will not support RAM voltage more than 2.1 volts!

I didn't get the mobo, but got the card. It cost me 6700, XFX GeForce 8600 GT DDR3. DDR2 was available for 1200 less
