the company is not gonna close down and a lot of people r buyin it..in fact they have the onsite support instead of u searching for a service centre..dont forget dat xolo is an intel branding!!!

Well thats actually a way of cutting cost..it is quite cheap sending a man out to ur place instead of buying a place for service centre and filling it up with a bunch of ppl who will do nothing..
I will even say that this should be the future of after sales service
