I'm pretty confused between xperia e dual and galaxy s duos
Urgent help needed.

Samsung atleast had the courtesy to provide a WVGA display on Galaxy S duos.. even if it is crappy..
Xperia E doesnt even have that..
Your options are
Huawei Y300, Xolo Q800 and Lumia 520.
Xolo Q800 is the best out of these three but warranty can be an issue
I recently gifted my cousin a huawei y300 and he's lovin it its a VFM dual core from an international company

Look at LG Optimus L5II

No front cam

If u want front cam, then get Samsung. If u can extend ur budget, then look at LG L7II

Sony Xperia E Dual & Samsung Galaxy S Duos might share same CPU & GPU but Sony has one advantage i.e. low screen resolution & smaller display means less stress on CPU & GPU so it won't lag or stutter as much as SGSD. Also, games will run more fluidly in SXED then SGSD.

Try getting a Xperia U atleast..
The GPU in both are pathetic (referring to Xperia E and S Duos)

or go for Huawei Y300
