2.Seagate Free Agent GoFlex 500GB USB 3.0 Hard Drive
3.Transcend StoreJet 25M2 2.5 Inch 500 GB External Hard Disk

Even I am planning to buy one. I heard the transfer speed of up to 5 Gbit/s (625 MB/s), which is more than 10 times as fast as USB 2.0 (480 Mbit/s, or 60 MB/s).

WD external drives(USB 3.0) are very slow, suggest staying away, go for Adata or Toshiba if you can(USB 3.0)

No idea, buffalo dvd writers are not good, my friend's broke in a year, ass was ok.

WD USB 3.0 drives are slow as hell, Seagate is faster. Adata/Toshiba are fastest.

See my review posted above. I have one myself and I'd also seen reviews, these drives are slow for USB 3.0, seagate are faster, adata/toshiba is fastest.
