why can't laptop vendors give ~300 ppi screens?

fking BSODS during torrenting..
low ram
slow boot up and infinite time for shut down
ultra sluggish copy pate speeds
mobo, proccy and RAM in short
and 320gb HDD, gotta delete stff before i DL something new

I hate my laptop not having a kensington lock slot :/ I have to always keep my eyes on it.

The build quality is not good. I always fear that one good fall can break this mediocre middle class piece of laptop.
Also i don't like the uber-poor quality display and touchpad on it. Only reason this laptop is still with me is because its a powerhouse and gives solid performance.
