A:already have 20'' LG with 1600*1200 max

1)PSU if required by the graphics card or for better performance -i already got a smps!!

A:It should run all the games and even windows performance should be fast..

Make the requirements clear buddy. You state that, you own a Phenom II 520 BE & a MSI K9N6PGM2-V moterboard, but why you still want another motherboard then with the same processor.

Anyway..after the selling the above, you can add some more to your total.

So why do i need a Fsp saga for 2000 -wont my smps work?
I already own a processor- amd phenom ii x2 550 BE
which i can oc to quad core and 3,5 Ghz
If i want to sell my processor what will it cost?

^^ Your current smps is crap. Get the fsp saga 500.

You cannot overclock 550be to a quadcore but rather unlock it using advanced clock caliberation feature. But its not guranteed.

Follow d3p5kor's suggestion and sell of your system and get the above parts by adding a bit more money. Go with an 880 based board because it has bulldozer support after a bios update.

local PSU can power your GPU & other items for while & for long run they are pretty bad.

thats the only reason, we suggest users to get a Good Reputed Brand PSU.

Using a elcheapo PSU may fry your peripherals, cause the load regulations provided by local psu are bad, electricity bill will be higher as the effieciency is less & lots of BSOD.

So ^^ avoid using it for wellness shake

that PSU is not appropriate for your system
get FSP saga II 500W at least
and to unlock the remaining 1/2 cores of your 550BE, you need a motherboard which has ACC(Active Clock Calibration ) feature.
and also its not 100% true that your cores will be unlocked
BTW when did you bought your 550BE?what is the date of manufacture on the box?

and even if you want to sell it, you may fetch 2k-2.5k most probably

Hey Guys, why not suggest him a MotherBoard (e.g GA-880GM-UD2H) with ACC(Active Clock Calibration ) and see if the processor cores can be unlocked? If it does, he won't have to buy a new processor and can spend rest of his budget on GPU, RAM and SMPS and if it doesn't he can always buy Phenom II X4 840.

P.S: I am not an expert here but was curious to know
