Didn't get voter ID card.

you could've searched your name in the voter list and then voted by showing a valid ID proof. i also don't have a voter ID but i've got my name registered in the voter list.

I didn't vote, because my kid got hospitalized and i have to go to my native to vote, which is 250kms away from my current city.
