S20 FE 5G.
Reasons - more compact, looks professional (subjective), better rear cameras, IP rating & subjectively better UI.

S20 FE 5G will get android 12 & 13 & ROG 5 will also get 12 & 13. IMO only reason to buy ROG 5 is gaming with up to 50% better gaming performance & ROG 5 can maintain the "hot" S888's performance well. For anyone not into hardcore mobile gaming, S865 is a great chip. Battery life is similar because S865 is more efficient, ROG 5 might last a bit longer on heavy load but nothing significant, like say how M51 is.

well i have a series 12 128gb one as my secondary phone and i don't cry over anything in it buddy. showoff of anything is extremely subjective imho as it depends upon the audience to which is it shown. i have seen people showing off a micromax model some 7 years back. there are some who looked in awe a 10-1500 vivo model some 6 years back and then there are some who look in awe at some 30000 samsung model. none of these gatherings was in any rural area but in capital city only in front of people who are living here only. so in that sense, even a diamond studded on platium Vertu will not be an absolute showoff any where.

That's more expensive & since we were talking about 50k phones, there are people who will buy iPhone 12 64GB. If my mother can fill 64GB internal storage, most people who use smartphones for more than just calling will as well.

icloud can be used insead of crying in that case specially when net speed has gone much better and most of the people have a bb or get it to use somewhere. almost every house that i know has a computer system having photo and videos backup of many family members. this 64gb not enough excuse doesn't hold water now imho and if someone doesn't want to use any of the options then even storage in exabytes will be insufficient. thanks.

Hey guys! Is S21FE on Amazon going for 50K now with 5K discount. Is it really worth 50K? SD888 has heating issues so Exynos2100 is better overall in this phone??

E2100 has heating issues & apparently worse. Check reviews online & decide for yourself.

I'll still pick cheaper S20 FE 5G because cameras are same. You also get SD card slot, if you use just 1 SIM.

Points in favour of S21 FE 5G are that its bit compact & lighter, also it boots android 12, so will get updates till android 15 vs android 13 of S20 FE 5G. Decide if it's worth the extra 13k to you.

If sd888 runs hot wont rog phone5 8gb 128 gb variant be a better choice for under 50k since you get vapor chamber cooling. and rog 5 is a lot more subtle in geek aesthetics.

Cons - too big, too heavy, not professional looking, no IP rating & inferior rear cams to S20 FE 5G. I mentioned this earlier in some thread as well, but ROG 5 is great for gamers, for normal users even S778 is more than powerful enough. Both S20 FE 5G & ROG 5 should be updated to android 13.

So basically decide your priorities. ROG 5 surely handles the S888 well. I'll say a better cam is much more useful to me, my S20 FE 5G is outperforming my friend's OP 9 pro as well, no difference in daylight but 9 pro was noisier in low light. No wonder Samsung isn't changing the rear camera as competition is not keeping up.

What's the best phone for 15K? it's for my dad. Hopefully it is not too big in size. Preference is non chinese brands, but open to chinese brands.

Oppo a74 is looking good at 17k. While a31 is 13k in lightning deal.
These are 6/128 gb models.
Some samsung phones like m12 m21 and m32 are available under 15k with 4/64gb.
Dont go for Samsung a12 its bad.
If you are ok with Indian brands then this one is decent. Though no idea about their customer service.
