If You dont plan to Upgrade in future to BD then You can get a more powerful CPU like Phenom II 955 BE at 5.8 K and pick up a cheaper AM2+ or Entry level AM3 Mobo for 2.5K.

In case your budget is exact 10k, then try looking for Gigabyte 880GMA-UD2H or 880GM-USB3L. These should come within 4.2k. As you are not planning for OC, you can opt for cheaper value RAM also.

I've suggested Gigabyte GA-880GM-USB3 considering the future upgrade possibility. Even if after 1 year Op decides to go for Bulldozer, he can get the CPU without going for a whole system upgrade.

Even the 880GM-USB3L is also BD ready, only difference is that it has only 2 dimms supporting a max 8gb RAM and no. of ports at back. I think that should suffice for some time to come, and it, along with other components, would come within OP's budget.

Otherwise, 880GM-USB3 is a solid choice with better memory support and more ports.
