Well Dad is getting a SSD for me from Germany.

If I buy Intel One will the warranty be applicable here in India and what about other brands.

Personal Experience :- Most of the components purchased from Europe, has an international warranty, which is valid inside European nations.

Possible then check with the intel service counter parts about the same.

Don't worry about the SSD & its reliability, just grab one.

Just get one. If its not with the latest firmware, upgrade the firmware (rare case).

Looking for Something like 90 GB to 120 GB.

I will only use it as OS Disk + Game Installs with all the rest on my 1TB HDD.

90 GB would be enough for 10 Games + Win 7 at any time hopefully.

Budget = Unlimited if Dad Buys it. :D But I think he is confusing the SSD with the IPAD somehow :S. If he gets me IPAD instead of an SSD then My Budget is 7k odd for SSD.

Not so easy to to fit 10 games in 120gb. Even without any hibernation file or page file etc., you will find it tough. And as a thumb rule keep some breathing space free, at least 10%.

But ultimately it will depend on the size of games, say Rage, NFS Run, BF3, even Witcher 2 is pretty big. And throw in Max Payne 3 which will demand 35GB. ;)

Max payne 3 alone will take 35GB ?

Not checking the TDF thread or any other link, ha? ;)

Don't scare me like that lol.

SSD are not THAT cheap so that I can get a 200 GB or something :p

Ultimately it boils down to planning and managing your space. 120GB is sufficient if you have no problem to install/uninstall games as required. If money is no issue, get slightly larger disk.
