Amoled is a type of display. bravia engine is a kind of display tech applicable on any screen (correct me if i am wrong) that enhances the viewing depending on what is being displayed.

It is indeed a great phone.
Razr is also good,but somehow feels weird in hand,too wide for my palm.
I would stay away from htc phones,terrible battery life(underclocking and undervolting can be tricky in htc phones),that nonsense sense u.i is a battery hog.
