Seeking solution for converter!!!

[FONT=&quot]I have a bunch of questions that need to be taken care of like I want a converter for files to play on my mobile in 3GP format and also need to convert my audio files that are in my CD to my mobile ringtones.Can I get any software/site that can provide me a good solution?[/FONT]

For converting to 3gp format try 3gp converter...it works like a gem!

For ripping audio there are many softwares(freewares).. eg:jet audio player

u convert them to mp3 and then u can use some mp3 cutter for making ringtones
