i bought an elnova 1kv ups on feb 1 and bought a corsair vx550 today on 18th.

yeah i went there and called jas ji ,told him vx450 and vx550 prices ,he said go for 550 so i bought it.

btw jas ji has an awesome voice ,since i was talking to him for the first time i was awestruck

and yeah about evga not being in india ,thats passe tirupathi is official supplier now but they had nvidia geforce 4 series only right now.

and tirupathi now houses every product category except cpu/proccy.they have razor peripherals and 3d vision as well.

the ups cost me rs 3800 from smc international,friendly note the sardarji there is very talkative go prepared

umm my board didnot have 8 pins so its ok to put in 4 pin config ,coz it was written in the vx550 manual ,please detach the 8 pin into two pins for 4 pin mobo socket.

& the 8pin can be split into 4+4pin & used like that. on my board is opposite. a 4pin on a 8pin socket.
