560 ti TFII - 12500 rs
asus z68 v pro - 13300
cm haf advanced - 6500 :/
Glacialtech 950w PSU - 6500 rs (smc)

i hav PM'ed many TDF members asking silly questions like what to get this one or that one sorrry 4 tht and thanks 4 helping me guys ....

Congrats!!! Good to see people getting the Glacialtech PSU. You can't get a better deal within than price. Now game hard.

What's wrong with Intel anyways? The size of their stock HSF has been decreasing since Pentium 4 days.

Nothing wrong with Intel, they are extracting as much profit as they can from their products. Blame it on AMD. BTW, does the graphics card has a bios switch?

What's wrong with Intel anyways? The size of their stock HSF has been decreasing since Pentium 4 days.

AFAIK, the TDP's have gone down as Manufacturers started making new processors, so there is no need for larger heat sink, I was quite surprised when I saw how small the new HSF which was bundled with me i5 2400

its nt coz of flood yaar here no one knws abt latest components when i asked abt msi 560 ti they told graphics card by msi ru kidding ?? and to get intel 2500 k i waited around 1 month .... its nt easy to get what we need ...

well..I think Sarath is right. There is hardly any difference between CCFL and LED back-lit power consumption. Though LED are much more luminous.

I think best and efficient way to save energy is by using public transport/cycle instead of your own car.

You are right. Fortunately I have never owned a car and indeed used public transport all my life, so I must be way ahead of most of you guys in saving energy and needn't be concerned about wasting a few watts here and there. That surely takes the imaginary load off my mind!
