Yeah man. Tried these games Crysis,Crysis warhead, Black Ops, Metro 2033,Battlefield Bad Company 2,GTA IV.
It can easily max out without AA or 2xAA @ 1920X1080 and playable at very good Frame rates. Metro 2033 High Settings DX11 Gives above 40 FPS With ease.

Yeah it does have the reference cooler.
@stock clocks and AUTO Fan enabled.
Idle : 43-45 c
Playing Crysis : Touching 70 C
Furmark : 85 Max
I got much better temps running the fan @ 60%
40C Idle
Furmark - 75C Max
Yeah Its Runs Black Ops pretty well.1920x1080 At Extra Settings .I didnt see huge framerate Drops.
