wow great congrats. I think price have increased an every commodity. In 2012 I bought 16 gb class 6 Samsung at the same price. We normally expect prices will decrease in future, but from a few year I have seen the reverse. RAM, HDD everything have become more costly.

It isn't for fasting or reducing weight. Will help in building muscles. A very good product indeed.

increasing muscle is a good way to loose body fat - i.e. weight. if u have more muscle, u require more energy as more muscle movement is required for each of ur actions. if u restrict ur diet to minimum fat, starch and adequate protein with some physical activities, u will loose body fat very fast. *l.yimg.com/us.yimg.com/i/mesg/emoticons7/71.gif

not as easy or completely true.

btw most nutirional supplements (use without professional supervision) will cause long lasting problems especially protein supplements like creatine etc. I will just leave this website here NutritionFacts.org | The Latest in Nutrition Related Research

sorry for OT :p

Whey has almost no or very less side effects. Kidney stones occur when you don't drink enough water.
