PDF to DOC converted file

I converted a pdf file to doc file, but now I want to cut/crop a part in that doc file and save it, what should I do ?

er.. I didn't get you fully.. You have converted it to doc. Now what is the problem in editing it..??

in .doc it can be easily edited.

Get the Save to PDF add-in for Office 2007 (You can search at the link below for the older Office versions I guess)
