If OP doesn't require SATA III and usb3.0 then A10-5800k is a better choice,much better IGP as compared to the IGP of i3 3220.

Also CPU performance is for Multi-threaded apps are better with A10-5800K.

Dont go with that local PSU. Get the Corsair CX430 V2 or VS450 as suggested above.
