need a mobile phone under a strict budget of 12.5 K
(initially the budget was 10K,now I've extended it 2.5 K)

preferably android

Other than making calls, I'll use it mainly for GPS navigation(a must feature),browsing net,listening music and watching movies

will offline navigation be available in these models?

SE Live with walkman,LG optimus HUb --> your opinions on these hand sets.

I'm planning for a first week of July buy.

its been more than two months since I went looking for a mobile....

at the earlier stages, budget was really a problem---so kept on postponing the purchase.

Later on I could slightly improve my budget (some were near 15 K), but couldnt find a mobile of my choice at that range

Now after waiting for two months and few days, I decided to go with my heart
