Need Help buying a Budget Graphic Card

I need some help buying a graphic card .
My budget is between 6-9 k.
I have done some quick search and these two card fits my budget .Please suggest which one to buy any other .
-XFX AMD/ATI Radeon HD 6790 1 GB DDR5
-Zotac NVIDIA Geforce GTX 550 Ti 1 GB GDDR5
These two cost 8500 on flipkart.
Thanks in advance.

Oh and BTW my pc configuration is following
AMD 5600+ X2 ( i know it's old )
Ram 3 GB
Some basic Gigabyte MoBo
PSU 450 watts
P.S. Do i need to invest in a PSU.

get HD7770. or HD6850 if you can sell out 600-700 more.

if you have a basic PSU, go for HD6770 + Corsair CX430W V2. total cost will be 9.5k

pick a good 500/550/600 wt psu which u can use in future too and spend rest of ur money on gpu. But anything over 450gt or 6750 will be bottnecked with ur cpu.

Pl. suggest graphic for my system having following configuration.

CPU : AMD Phenom II X6, 1090T 3.2 GHz
Mother board : ASUS, M4A89GTD PRO/USB3 (AM3)
RAM : 8 GB Dual-Channel DDR3
HDD : 1TB Seagate + 2 TB Western Digital
Monitor : ViewSonic 27", VX2739wm
PSU : Corsair, CX500 (500 watts)
Cabinet : Cooler Master STROM

^^ I think he just need mention the budget but based on his rig a stock clocked GTX 560 Ti would be the best choice but he should not OC the cpu or gpu though.

@ u100i - get Corsair VS450 @ ~2.2k / CX430v2 @ 2.5k and a HD6770 @ 6.5k.

I think i am gonna buy Corsair -430CXV2 and Geforce GTX 550 Ti 1 GB .
Damn i have to empty my bank account .

but HD7770 cost more than 10K .
My whole budget for PSU and GFXCard is 10K.

damn , i am starting to think about going for complete a overhaul . Changing the CPU , motherboard , ram . AAAAAhhhh!!!!!

you can get a HD7770 at ~8.5k :

Buy Gigabyte Radeon HD 7770 Graphic card in Mumbai India

but HD6850 is a better choice ;-)
