dsl premium.. Rs. 43000 for 2mbps and 70 GB capped.
dsl unlimited.. Rs. 20000 2 mbps unlimited.

who makes these crappy plans.. a 5yr old.

In Australia ISPs went bankrupt when they started giving out unlimited plans...so they stopped giving...Thats the reason MTNL is charging such an exorbitant rate...They dont want to go bankrupt..lolz
